INI really liked how kind the staffs were and how cooperating they were.. Such a lovely place to stay in with clean and comfy environment and excellent facilities. I would surely go back there again.

INLocation is accessible from Shillong town. The care taker Jessie is very kind and friendly and other staffs too are very nice. Their service is excellent.
It would have been better had they provided food or cooking facility as well.
ININProperty is good and 1.9 kms from city centre. The host/manager is very helpful and accommodating. She responds very promptly. She knows good places to visit and eat in and around Shillong.
There could be more light in dormitory.

The mattresses are a bit hard, although I was still able to sleep comfortably. The first night there was no running water but this issue was eventually resolved and I was able to have a nice hot shower.
