Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside.

Very sweet cottage with large rooms, WiFi, TV, hot powerful shower, and well equipped kitchen. Lovely hill views from all windows. Clear instructions for parking, entry and exit. Thanks for leaving milk and Welsh cakes for arrival. Great that it’s near the Farmers Arms pub to walk for dinner.

Not much- only tiny maintenance things which I’ll let the owner know about and I’m confident they’ll fix right away. It’s clear they care about the property and guests.

Cosy, well furnished with lovely views. Do visit Tretower Court and Castle, walk the canal, Llanthony Priory and up on the top of the hills.

Beautiful location. Beautiful cottage containing everything you could need. Lovely garden. Wonderful main bedroom with views all around.

Nothing to dislike. My only issue was that I could not pick up the WiFi in the bedroom.

All modern facilities catered for. Kitchen is small but there is very good use of the space including a range for cooking, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine. Kitchen fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, glassware and crockery. Sounds crowded, but the use of space means it isn't. Very well planned cottage, and will take some ideas away for my own property. Hosts are really friendly and accessible when I had any questions about recycling, etc. Bed was comfortable and I struggled in the arms of Morpheus most mornings to get out! Wonderful views across the valley. Magical when the snow was on the mountain tops and it felt like spring at the cottage.

No mobile phone coverage for O2 mobile phones in the valley - though this is nothing that the hosts can do anything about. Did manage to get signal by switching to wi-fi calling and placing my phone on top of a box of canned drinks, so this solved the problem.
