Pros: - Very friendly personell - Big fridge with a freezer - Microwave and utensils - Tv was pretty fast - Airconditioning was very good - I liked the ceiling athmosphere lights - Good location - Great worth for money

- Bidet spray leaked - There were ants - There were some hairs and some stains

Overall Rating = 5 stars. I highly recommend this hotel. The owners are amazing and kind. Affordability = Yes. The owner also gave me a discount when I extended my stay. Clean = Yes, very clean. WiFi = Fast stable 5G WiFi Quiet = Yes, I slept like a baby. Customer Service = 5 stars - Exceptional. The owner gave me an umbrella to protect me from the rain and provided information on festivals in the area. Location from Grocery mini marts, massages shops, gyms, restaurants and coffee shops, = 5 stars — 30 seconds to 2 mins walking distance. Location from the My Khe beach = 5 mins Facility = 5 stars. Kitchen has hot plate, pots, dishes and utensils. Bathroom has washing products if needed. Washer and fridge work great. Storage = Yes. Lots of space to store clothes.

Best host - incredibly friendly & accommodating. Amazing location for all requirements , minutes walk to be on the beach, get great coffee across the road & surrounded by restaurants & mini marts for groceries.

I wanted a balcony & a view of the beach, not possible in the rooms available for my stay unfortunately. I needed more light in my room as I had work to do..
