Location

Our room had a balcony that we did not get to use. The blinds were broke in the down position all week. We paid for a balcony that we were unable to use. We called and texted Stay Sol from first morning we were there to get it fixed and they never fixed it. I will never recommend your company to anyone if that is the way you treat your customers. There fix after the fact was to give us a discount on another stay. We paid almost $2000 to stay this time. I feel we should get half our money back, because we paid for a one bedroom balcony and all we ended up getting is a studio for the price of a balcony. Very pathetic!
