GBExtremely disappointing. I booked this hotel for my colleagues and/or clients. However, no staff was present at the Hotel, as apparently, they work remotely which it's unheard of, considering the nature of the job. There were no clear instructions on accessing the room as we were only given codes (which ultimately did not work). Three guests could not access their rooms, so they could not sleep or even shower (after a long day of travel). It has been extremely hard to get in touch with the receptionist, Martina, whom i had to call several times. In the end, the clearer left some passes to access the room somewhere in the hotel. The hotel was not cheap either, so we were definitely not expecting this level of service. No parking available either.

ITITA great property in a wonderful location
GBThe property is located just on outskirts of La Morra, in a very quiet area surrounded by fields. I really like the quietness and the spaciousness of the room, which was quite comfortable. The breakfast is also quite decent with a lot of choices, all very good! From there you can easily drive pretty much everywhere in the region.
You cannot check in later than 7 pm, which wasn't a problem for us but in case of travellers arriving later e.g. by plane from abroad then it might be an issue. It is clearly stated on the page though so no surprises there.

DEWeil located property, 10 min walking distance from downtown La Morra. The room was nice and as expected based on the pictures. The pool is great; located about 100 m away from the main building and in the middle of the vineyard with a great view.
The staff was not so warm and welcoming.

OMThe property is beautiful and the pool nestled between the vineyards is very unique.
No AC when we stayed so we were extremely hot.
