Die Schlüsselübergabe ist unkompliziert, man hat keinen Balkon aber Seeblick aus jedem Schlafzimmer.

Das Wlan ist nicht gut, die Elektrik alt ( wenn zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig an sind, dann fliegt die Sicherung raus), die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher kaputt. Unten im Haus wohnt ein Ehepaar, welches von den Touristen eher genervt ist . Parken ist nicht kostenfrei möglich. Aktuell wird das Nachbarhaus renoviert, so dass es ab 6 Uhr morgens Lärm durch die Bauarbeiter gibt.....

It was such a great location! Close to the ferry terminal and many restaurants. Highlight was the store out the front run by Marco, lovely man!

There was a bit of water under one of the beds (which was mostly fine bc we weren’t using the room) but it was big puddle

"Great location, has everything you need, but a bit noisy at night and lacked outdoor space."

The agent was very helpful and we were able to check in a little early on arrival and a little late on departure which was invaluable for our travel plans. Location was amazing.

A bit noisy at night and needed window open as so hot - both the hotel kitchen next door that started v early and the road outside. If there was AC it would have improved things but there were fans - more powerful fans would have been good. It was not clear if we could use the courtyard - which would have been nice - but felt it was owned by neighbours.

excellent location and well presented. good communication with host representative

Too noisy. there is only one road in/out of Tremezzo and the bedrooms front the road with traffic which goes all night. Asditionally, the apartment is right next door to the Hotel Bazzoni’s kitchen and the staff make a lot of noise early in the morning which wakes you up.
