La Mirada Residences Sea-view Suites

The apartment was in a residential building with good amenities. The view from the bedroom was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to Thomas, our host who is always ready to help and has a splendid sense of humour. We took his advice when it came to buying the basic necessities and the restaurants he suggested. The Sushi was absolutely amazing, had them 5/6 days we were there. We also took Thomas’s tour guide services and I must say, Fernando who was with us through out was an extremely sweet, kind and more importantly patient man. I was with my family and I must say, people in Cebu are some of the most friendly I have come across while travelling. Would love to come back and I honestly wouldn’t stay at any other place.

P.S. The only complaint I had was about small roaches in the kitchen which I highlighted to Thomas and he got to solving the issue right away. That’s the only reason I rated it a 9/10. Everything else was great, especially the people.

The property is found in a perfect location, close to the airport and a 40 min taxi ride into cebu city. The property comes with a pool which we used twice, clean and functional but not much atmosphere. The property itself was very functional had everything we required in terms of space and utilities, though there was some damage to the door and the room could use with a update and some attention Our favourite thing about the property was that the host also arranged a complimentary pick up from airport and arranged our two tours (waterfall and island hop) this made things much more easier.

Room didn’t come with a mop, we did ask the host for one on day 1 but despite saying he would bring one, never did. Room got very wet from the shower and hanging swim suits and was difficult to maintain a clean space. Host provided a washing service for 500 php but clothes although cleaned came back scrunched in a bag and were all very creased and hadn’t been ironed. Towels only changed after requesting Despite offering with in the package for the island hop, gave us no paper plates or cutlery for our bbq on the boat but luckily the crew were able to source some from another boat. Island hop tour was amazing and the boat crew the kindest and most helpful people ever but the boat bbq was disgraceful and unclean the crew found another bbq at our request

La piscine et la vue sur la mer étaient magnifiques. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils de Thomas. Le studio avec la cuisine équipée avec tout ce dont on a besoin.

Le balcon est en peu petit. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas très neuves.
