Beautiful space and well stocked kitchen. Easily accommodates for large groups and families. The employees were courteous and very nice, we were allowed an early check in free of charge. The beach is a a couple minute walk, the length depends on the property you get, but it is so easy to get there that it does not matter. There's a publix less than 2 miles away from the facility and several restaurants are present in the area.

Beds too soft, duvets too heavy

Amazing house, we loved that it had plenty space to entertain from the large living room to the spacious dinning room with enough room for everyone to sit. We also enjoyed the privacy of everyone having their own room and bathroom. Outside plenty of space to lounge by the pool or sit and enjoy the breeze with another full bathroom outside so you don’t have to come inside wet. The best part was the kids bunk bed room the castle was well built and solid! Overall it was a great tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a quiet little island. Very responsive booking management with Villatel, who ensured everything was perfect or if I had a question quickly responded.

Only very small non impacting things. Parking only two at house per rules but will give you plenty of passes for overflow if needed, However lots of people parked on both sides of the street, making it at times difficult to navigate the street. In master bedroom closet is a little too close to the bed and night stand near closet can’t open drawer all the way because the frame of closet. Again only very small minor things that I didn’t like but in no way impacted the vacation.

Nothing really to do in the area

It’s a beautiful place. Very clean. We never met any of the staff. We stayed in one of the houses and really enjoyed it.

The house we stayed in was further from the beach than we really wanted to be. There isn’t any parking closer to the beach so we had to walk the whole way if we wanted to go. We had my fiancés mom with us who couldn’t walk so we had to drop off drive back and walk separately if we all wanted to go. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Beautiful home, new and immaculately clean, home decor, furnishings, fixtures, pool, ease of access, privacy, gaming area in the house, movie room, kitchen, curtains, EVERYTHING!

Majority of TVs were linked to Apps watching. Not having TV App accounts limited watching as a family. Karaoke cord free microphone didn’t work, but we thought it was lack of functionality of batteries. Unfortunately, we didn’t have batteries available.THE STRONG SULFUR SMELL AT NIGHT WHEN THE SPRINKLERS RAN!! IT WAS Disgusting !!!
