Необходимо вносить страховой залог, при этом никто не подтвердит поломано ли было до поселения, но деньги скинуть требуют. Поселение дистанционно, поэтому никому не доказать поломки до, а вот после заселения не факт, что залог вернут. Глупость. Оказывается где-то на странице указаны данные условия, но я выбираю номер и чистоту для проживания, а не выполнять их прихоти.
