Хозяин не представила услугу бесплатный интернет. Так как мы приехали по работе,

Хозяин не представила услугу бесплатный интернет. Так как мы приехали по работе, нам был он необходим. Утром мы обратились к управляющей с проблемой, услышали ответ «это не интернет кафе» нам пришлось переехать . Выезжая мы встретили только уборщицу номеров. Объяснили ситуацию и сказали что пусть хозяин с нами свяжется. Мы готовы оплатить сутки проживания, хотя мы приехали уже ночью, а уезжать нам пришлось в 11 утра. Хозяин с нами связался и начал требовать оплату 400 злотых, хотя на букинг цена за три ночи была меньше 800 злотых за три! Дня. Начал угрожать полицией и моей депортацией . Мы хотели рассчитаться ещё по приезду, но с нас потребовали наличный расчёт. Всё было испорчено и рабочий форум и полностью впечатление о поездке . Это просто кошмар!
