The Team of guest ready was really taking care to support us.

The apartment was humid and musty, electricity did not work and we had to move to another apartment. The flat has a lot of potential, however, it really needs a general renovation.

La localisation

Logement insalubre : ni eau chaude ni chauffage car le propriétaire n’avait pas payé une facture. Seule solution proposée par l'organisme, un départ le soir même et un remboursement des nuits restantes si nous partions, le tarif a été augmenté et le ménage facturé une seconde fois. Expérience inacceptable, à éviter.

Veel vocht, ziet er niet meer mooi uit, veel slijtage, slechte keuken inventaris en zeer gehorig ( krakende plafonds en bovenburen die niet sliepen)

Bien ubicado cerca de la Universidad de Porto

El piso es un sótano con muy poca luz, no se dice en el descriptivo en las fotos de ve mucho mas luminoso. Hay un fuerte olor a humedad en todo el piso. Pedimos adelantar un poco el checkin y no hubo forma. Hemos escogido este piso para aprovechar de la terraza y tan sólo había 1 silla! Eramos 4 personas y si se pide un segundo juego de llaves, hay que pagar.

Дуже зручне розташування - дійсно близько до старого міста. Власник весь час був на зв'язку, зустрів після рейсу, все показав, розказав. Власна тераса. Wellcome gift.

Слід враховувати що це підвальне приміщення. Перший день відчувалася сильна сирість, потім прогріли, наче стало краще. Також це доволі старий будинок з дерев'яною підлогою, коли хтось заходить в будинок таке враження що ходять у тебе по голові (або в твоїй квартирі).
