Malo, lo querían cobrar cuando ya en booking lo había pagado que ya venía incluido, Pésimo servicio en el restaurante, nadie te sirve cafe ni están pendiente de tí, pero para ir a cobrar si son buenos. -_-

Atención, servicio, ubicación accesibilidad. Todo mal!! -_-

Personas gritando afuera de mi habitación a las 2 de la mañana. Se sentía muy inseguro y poco seguro.

Good location

getting access from the car park to the hotel is a total disaster. it is very complicated and very confusing. we met two other customers trying to access the hotel from the car park at the same time as us and they had exactly the same problem. you cannot access the hotel from the car park unless you have a room key, but you cannot get a room key without access to the hotel. What a disaster.
