Dat we op het laatste moment werden ingelicht dat we niet meer onze appartement in konden door lekkage ect. En we konden nergens heen dus ik had eerst contact opgenomen met booking.com en vroegen de heletijd om ht boekings nummer maar ht bleef het steeds herhalen terwijl we al onze boekingsnummer al had ingetoets dus daarna had ik opgehangen en het appartementbedrijf gebeld dat we niet het appartement in konden en dat we ZO SNEL MOGELIJK een andere appartement nodig hebben en wel VANDAAG want ik heb kinderen ect. Dus we bleven een poosje wachten, en uiteindelijk hebben ze ons een andere appartement gegeven maar op een andere plek.
