Ampik Batur with Private Hot Springs

This is the most beautiful place! Rooms are big and clean - comfy bed- the hot tub was amazing- morning and night ! There was also a fire each night that was great. Hosts are lovely and helped up with transport, motor bike and volcano hike. Breakfast was also lovely and fresh. Shops and places to eat close by! Will definitely be back! Thank you! Cute cats too 🙂 Only thing id suggest is bringing ear plugs if light sleeper- live music over the road which was actually really good but one night was so loud and we had been up since 3am for the hike!

Good location to be close to Mount Batur hikes, without having to commute from Ubud or other areas. Nice structure considering the surrounding area in the town of Batur.

Unfortunately, the night’s noises can be heard from the hotel rooms (traffic and barking dogs). The facility provide ear pads though.

My entire stay was spectacular. The people who work there make everything wonderful. The food was delicious. They were always attentive to our needs. The room was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. They helped us find a guide and climb Mount Batur, and he was extraordinary. And nothing to say about the private hot spring water, it was very comforting after the long walk. If you're thinking about a place to stay, this is it.

J'ai adoré le lieu, la vue, le personnel ... Tout était parfait et quel plaisir de se relaxer dans la source d'eau chaude thermale après une longue journée. Ils ont également toujours été très arrangeant afin de m'aider à trouver un guide pour le mont batur et un transport pour ma prochaine destination. Merci pour tout

Beaucoup de mouches et de bruit le soir avec les animaux errants, mais pour ça l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well presented and the hot spring was ready to go for my arrival. They also offered some lovely food and as a bonus they had the cutest and smallest kitten which really sealed the deal

It’s hard to find a downside to this property but the only thing I would mention is the increased number of flies that appear in the day though this they cannot help

The flies and bugs were a little more than I was expecting but understandable. The street noise woke us up a few times with all of the traffic heading up the mountain but we were able to have a nap once we got back in the morning.

De kamers waren mooi, schoon en de bedden lagen erg lekker. Ook het ontbijt was hier erg goed. De tuin is mooi onderhouden. Tweemaal per dag worden de baden hervult en het water voelt schoon en lekker aan. De accommodatie is gelegen aan de voet van de berg dus handig voor de Batur sunrise hike. (They have a kitten, who's too cute) Verder hebben mensen geschreven over vliegen overlast, ja het is zo erg als ze zeggen. Echter zijn de vliegen er alleen overdag, dus tussen zonsopkomst en zonsondergang. In de avond kan je ongestoord genieten van je buitenbad. Ook heeft de accommodatie geïnvesteerd om het ongemak van vliegen te beperken. Zo hebben ze mandjes gemaakt om vliegen van je ontbijt te weren en een vliegenhor voor de ingang van je kamer. Dus in de kamer en op je ontbijt ervaar je hier geen overlast van.

Er zijn een aantal zaken waar de accommodatie geen invloed (meer) op heeft, maar wel rekening mee gehouden kan worden tijdens het boeken. Gezien de handige liggen van de accommodatie komen hier dus ook alle Jeeps langs die mensen naar de hike brengen dit start al vanaf 02:00 in de nacht. Het dak is gemaakt van bamboo en waterwerende platen dus het is extreem gehorig. Het voelt alsof je in een tent buiten ligt. Het vliegenprobleem blijft, maar zolang je ergens in de buurt van Kintamani je verblijf boekt zul je hiermee te maken hebben. Verder misten wij de aansluiting met het personeel. Ze kwamen op ons controlerend over, ze wilden weten hoe en via wie we dingen hadden geboekt. Zodra het een niet lokaal iemand was kwamen ze erg veroordelend over.

Magnifique établissement, avec un jardin très bien entretenu tous les jours avec une vue splendide ! Départ du treck du mont Batur à pieds à 5 min ! Chambre très agréable, très propre et lit très confortable ! Le bassin d’eau chaude naturelle rempli à notre convenance le top ! Nous avons été chouchoutés par la famille et son équipe pendant toute la durée de notre séjour avec 2 soirs inoubliables autour du feu avec la guitare !
