FLH Alfama Mezzanine with River View

Die Aussicht war wunderschön!!!

The location was fantastic and views over Alfama and the river are exceptional! As anywhere in Lisbon, hills and stairs to the unit are a good fitness test! The apartment is very bright and has a well-equipped kitchen.

Walls around the entire unit seemed rather grubby and in need of fresh paint. Some obvious small furniture pieces are lacking. For a month long stay, would have expected more than one towel per person and a change of bed linens but was told I would have to pay another cleaning fee.

The apartment is overall well equipped and offers a good view, but has several issues to consider: * Doors and windows do not properly close, and the upper windows can’t be opened. * The building has spiral staircases and the apartment is on the top floor, making it hotter upstairs by several degrees. * Only one fan is provided for the whole apartment. * The street is steep, not accessible by car. * Despite these issues, the apartment is well equipped and the view is nice.

Kitchen and bathroom where very nice,the view was excellent, size excellent

The stairs going getting into the property also no lighting for stairs also some of the seals on two windows need replacing as rain was coming in

The location was great. The apartment was a decent size.

The door locks were very difficult to use and the beds were extremely hard.

Can be a little loud in the area and could do with more AC units
