USThe location was alright and fit 4 people comfortably. The home was clean and tidy. We used the porch frequently. The host was a pretty good communicator and called whenever we needed something fixed. The property was gated and every door in the house had a ring alert on it, which made me feel safer.
The air conditioning did not work upon arrival. We had to open all the windows and turn on all of the ceiling fans to get the apartment to a decent temperature. He did get the air conditioning fixed the next day though. The shower drain also did not work. It backed up and took an hour to drain all the way down causing the tub to be super slippery. I was told to use the draino under the sink. It did not work and it was not fixed by the time we left. If noise bothers you, the metal gates clanging may wake you up but it did not bother us.
