Lovely accommodation, clean and modern. Would recommend

The location was central, a little bit uphill, 10-15 minutes away from the metro station.

I would have appreciated a closer contact with the agency/the host. Things are getting very impersonal when I compare this visit with my previous visits to Lisbon. But that`s the new reality. In terms of the flat itself the bathrooms are very small.

Well equipped kitchenware. Aircon in every room. Balcony. Good wifi. Proximity to groceries, nice local pubs and some nice restaurants

Had to call their number to get key lock code. Took awhile to get answered. Located on a steep hill. 10mins walking to Picoas Metro line. Long downhill walk to their office which is a 25mins away to get extra keys and put a cash deposit on it. Then had to go back to return the keys to get deposit back. That's a bit inconvenient (only gave 1 set of keys). Relied a lot on Uber rides. Upstairs neighbor very noisy with heavy footsteps on most nights. We stayed for over 3 weeks and think it's reasonable for short stay, but not really for long stay.

Nice location away from the hustle and bustle. Good restaurants and groceries close by.
