the place is great. location near florance. the owner is very friendly

the aircondition did not cool. we sweat all the night The water flow is very weak in the shower.

Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfy.

The location is not ideal if you do not have your car. This was due to the bus's as they were usually really late but still easy to get into the city!

Easy to reach. Traditional Tuscan house, very friendly and helpful. Super breakfast. Safe, with gates opening via speakers (or card). Parking just outside. We had a room with the garden just outside. Staff /owner? very friendly and helpful.

We only stayed 1 night, arrived late, left early. Late at night and early morning you hear the highway that is very close. The room was clean and with modern furnitures, nevertheless the room was musty and felt cold ( late April arrival). Slept with an extra jacket.

The host was very nice. provided us with all the details on how to get in Florence city center. The house is from 1400s but very nice.
