Apartamento en el Corazón de Boquete

The room was comfortable and all needs were met. It was nice to have a kitchen available. The staff were very friendly and checked to see that everything was OK when I checked in. I had trouble getting on the internet (operator error) and they came and got me logged in. They have a restaurant next to the room and it was very good with a charming chef.

The handle for the hot water was awkward and water wasn’t very hot. The chain to turn on the fan was not easy to get to as it was in the middle of the bed. A long chain would have been easier to use. Very minor issue.

The pictures are deceiving. The property lacks cleaning, attention to detail and maintenance The only plus it’s that it’s very close to everything which is also bad because there is zero sound insulation

It needs upkeep, maintenance and a good cleaning We could not sit outside of how dirty it was, my bathroom floor towel was dirty so was the bathroom floor, the tiles were moldy, the shower head was broken and close to the wall making it uncomfortable to wash off, the water was lukewarm at best, dirty towels inside the closet, you walk barefoot and your feet were black - I was hesitant to touch much because it looked and felt dirty- loud until 8 pm became of a live band in the restaurant across the street, no AC, so you have to leave the windows open, hence hear all the dogs, traffic, people walking etc.
