"Smells of damp"

Lovely little house.. grait location.

Had to leave a day earlier than planned as the smell of damp in one of the bedrooms was sickening. Allso bad smell coming from under kitchen sink. Other toilet was flushing with hot water.so obviously a broblem with the plumbing in the property..

Location and off road private parking. Well equipped kitchen

One of the bathrooms seemed not to have been touched since the 1980s and the kitchen was old fashioned and very tired. The whole propert needs a comprehensive refresh and redecoration to bring it up to current standards
