Cosy Studio Apartment in Town Centre

Cutlery provided. Working hub, microwave & kettle. Separate kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Good size room. Smart tv. WiFi. Plug sockets near the bed. Good lighting. Good size kitchen.

Bed was really uncomfortable. No toaster, no oven, no working heater in the bathroom. No heater in the kitchen. Kitchen door didn't close properly. Hard to find as not proper signage outside the main property as it says 2 on the door and not B. Not enough toilet tissue provided for the duration of my stay.

Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. Shower was ok. Host was friendly.

Noisy location and neighbours. No free parking around that wasn’t limited to a few hours. Carpet and sides were very dirty and stained. No oven or toaster. Pots, pans and crockery were stained and dirty, some pots had mould in them. Cutlery not cleaned properly. Hob was burnt and stained. Bathroom dirty and damp. Kitchen door didn’t shut, door to living/bedroom had a broken handle, main door lock was loose and wobbly in the door. Hairdryer in the wardrobe but it didn’t work.

The property is well kept as described in the Bookings.com . The location is excellent. Everywhere is within reach. Very close to all amenities and shopping centres. I will highly recommend the property to anyone looking for stay in Ashford

Location in the middle of towns excellent, perfect place,shopping centre, shops etc,heating, Internet, hot water.

Linen must be changed after each customer, was not dirty, but I can see someone was slipping there before

Price for the apartment , parking , fit for purpose .

Tv only had 1 channel . Remote & bedside lamps didn’t work . Apartment was listed as 11B but door number said 11A . Instructions for finding the entrance could be clearer.
