Location and layout of property, use of 2 pools

Cleanliness wasn’t great, however communication with property manager was good when issues raised.

La disposición. En general de la casa. La comodidad de colchones y almohadas. Los sillones muy cómodos después de hacer parques todo el día . Nos sentimos como en casa

Solo que la barrera idiomática nos impidió entrar fácilmente a la propiedad. Pero una vez resuelto ese inconveniente todo fue perfecto. Y que la piscina no estaba habilitada en la comunidad.

Beds and clean private gated location

No wash cloths we were told it was sanitary purposes but you use the towels to wipe your bodies after showers so that's the same thing also the coffee pot doesn't work properly and not enough towels and hand towels there originally for a check in of 5 people

Breakfast was not included. The location was good in relation to the various theme parks as well as restaurants etc. I liked that the community was gated and there was a pool even though I didn’t use it.

The master bathroom shower needs attention. The trifold doors on the laundry room were broken and difficult to open and close without them falling down. Thankful to have laundry tho and the kitchen was great.

The host was very responsive and polite. Answered messages with haste and took care of any requests we had.

All was great.. maybe a little language mistakes with the caretaking team.. May need a bit of renovations in that particular unit. Blinds in main bedroom were in disarray. Bathroom tiles could use a face-lift.
