The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is convenient, close to the city centre, shops, and public transport. The area is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment is warm and bright. Everything needed for the stay was provided, including kitchen facilities. Check-in was easy and smooth.

There were no major issues. Overall, the stay was comfortable. A few extra small items could be useful for longer stays, but this was not a problem

The flat is okay, and it’s in a great location just beyond the footbridge over the Ness. The beds were comfy and the flat is well appointed with kitchen appliances, TV etc.

MUST KNOW BEFORE BOOKING: mystayinn make you go through a multi step process to confirm your booking, including everyone in your group scanning your IDs and taking selfies. They also require your bank details for a €300 deposit even when you’ve paid in full in advance. You need to do these things to get the key code and it all seems OTT. There are also a number of minor issues which, put together, make the flat much less nice than it could be. There are a number of small maintenance issues (e.g. the lock of the bathroom door doesn’t work, there seems to be a hole in the floor under the lino in front of the loo, the loo is unstable) and the whole flat could do with more careful dusting. One of the neighbours smokes which makes the flat smell bad.

Malheureusement c’était impossible de se doucher : l’eau était vraiment trop bouillante !!! Le chauffage également ne fonctionnait pas correctement, aux bonnes heures.Dommage que nous n’avons pas eu de personnel pour rectifier cela. Mais sinon les lieux étaient très bien et confortables ( 4 nuits sur place )

Lounge bedrooms and kitchen were lovely

Bathroom needs addressing toilet floor needs looking at floorboard sinking toilet moves and shower cubicle inadequate with high instep to get inside it. The advertisement for property does not mention stairs which is deceiving regarding if your mobility isn’t good One of our group struggled with the stairs which was so annoying Also first impressions of the entrance way and stairs were a lot to be desired
