We had no lights the entire stay, had some of our friends checking out before time. Person that was supposed to make breakfast left before time and we had to make our own eggs. The guy that was trying to fix electricity was not even an electrician he ended up burning the cables. We had booked 4 rooms and used 3 because there was no lights, no refund at all. We could charge our phones and laptops and had to go out the whole day so that we can charge

It’s right by the ocean, spacious, nicely decorated

The listing was marketed as a guesthouse. But it was closer to a communal living space with a bunch of digital nomads. Competitors that run luxury guest houses such as Home Suite Hotels run a much more professional service, with friendly, welcoming staff, gated secure parking and comfortable, private spaces are much more enjoyable than this glorified fraternity house. Terrible experience.

Location was great, everything was very clean.

I did not like the bathroom not being on-suite

Beautiful cosy hotel. Very clean. Nice pool and great continental breakfast served in the morning. Very quite too

Private bathroom not an en-suite is a bit annoying but not the end of the world. No other issues

Clean modern

Bit of a walk into town. Up hills Check in was difficult. No one to greet me. I didn’t have WiFi so no communication. You have to enter 3 coded gates that was a bit annoying

I loved everything about the property, Neatness, the view, friendliness of staff

Clean and in a good location in Camps Bay with a small, but clean swimming pool.

One room had an bathroom separated from the bed room over the corridor, not really comfortable! The entire house seemed like a living community, funny, but not what everybody is looking for…
