Very nice home to stay and very quiet neighborhood

No Toilet paper holder in the bathroom

comfy beds & rooms, cleanliness, & 2.5 bathrooms! great property for price:)

needs some upkeep attention: stair railing loose, toilet seat very loose & toilet paper holder falling off in half bath, master bedroom blinds are broken & carpet has black spots near bed, only 1 of 3 tvs would work, needs rugs at entrance & hallway (very slippery & nowhere to wipe wet shoes from rain), lots of black bugs at entrance & dining room windows.

we needed kitchen towels

The place was overall very clean and gave great aesthetic pleasure. There was a very good supply of toiletries and soap for laundry. Entertainment was great as subscription was on point with a number of apps to choose from. The environment is peaceful. We had no disturbances at all during our short stay. It's also close to many good restaurants and fun places for kids.

Some advertised facilities were not functional eg Dishwater was available but yet to be installed. Hence, we could not use it. The TV in the room with the single bed did not come on. I'd also like to call the attention of the host to a few basic/minor things which were either not available/functional eg dustpan, cooking/serving spoons and tin cutter/wine opener were unavailable. The towel holder in the room with two beds was wobbly which made it unusable .
