Sugar Hill Suite by Sasco Apartments

Beautiful well equipped and clean apartment but we went in very warm weather and no fans or air conditioning in property and no window to open in one of the bedrooms which was the only downside

The front view wasn't clear. The front windows need to be clean, and there must be a shade at the front

The living area was almost perfect, better blinds to completely shut out the outside would have been nice. Bedrooms again where really good for our family of 8. With only one having to use the sofa.

Beds a tiny bit small, but understandable for the size of room. En-suite shower and toilet may need more plumbing. Toilet sounded like it was connected to everything and shower constantly dripping. Minor things once looked at we stopped the shower.

The apartment was perfect very posh inside! great location and great way to spend my hen do. I have already arranged to book it again in the near future :) It was also great value for money.

The only thing I didn't like was check out was at 10am but that was my mistake for not checking otherwise I would have had paid for longer check out. Also the internet/signal wasn't great in the apartment but we weren't there for long so I didn't mind.

The place was clean, comfortable, and near all attractions and facilities. It was walking distance to then lbeach tram stop and 5 mins walkin distance to theme park. I was with a family and children and never felt bothered as the space was really adequate for 10 individuals. The staff were accessible by phone and email with immediate correspondentences. I would recommend the facility for families.

There were few admin issues that were not clear during booking, neither after confimration of the booking such as deposit and the needed documents to receive the self-check in instructions. .
