"A great getaway!"

What a fabulous property. So unassuming from the outside until you step through the front door. WOW! The property catered for all our needs. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Tankerton and Whitstable within easy walking distance. Rob was very helpful and a great host. I will be returning.

"Stay with friends, family and kids - perfect"

Rob - we needed to travel cots and he helped us with that. The family room - cozy, inviting to stay there. There were also board games. Kitchen - we always appreciate when there’s those supplies (coffee, oil and salt to cook, some milk)

Beds - weren’t super comfy, good enough for a weekend away.

"Lovely clean modern well presented house."

We had a very enjoyable multigenerational family holiday at the property. Everything was in fabulous condition and the house was super easy to access. Great decor and nice and clean with lovely views from the house and garden.

About a 10 minute walk to the town centre from this house, but otherwise a fabulous property to stay at with thoroughly recommend

Fantastic location. So easy to walk to the seafront, into Tankerton and Whitstable.

Not much to not like, but just a little more attention to detail would make it great.

This is a lovely property. Great location. We walked everywhere. Nice bed linen and towels. Beds were reasonably comfortable, although a bit too soft. Comfy sofas, in a good size lounge. Parking for 3 large cars. Tea/coffee and cleaning items were supplied, which was good.

The kitchen could do with a deep clean, cupboards and oven were dirty with far too many pots and pans needed for a short stay. Not enough mugs we had to keep rinsing up as there was 6 of us. Few more everyday glasses would be good too.. we were left a bath towel each, but could really have done with more hand towels.
