"The location is the best and worst part of this stay"

The location is really nice, walkable distance to multiple famous attractions of Kota Kinabalu. The facilities inside is complete, even though there's no bidet, the owner had prepared bucket to collect water. Owner is really understanding. The house is more spacious than expected and is decorated very nicely.

If you're staying for the weekend, prepare to hear loud cars and motorcycles at night since the building is right infront of the main road but that's something out of the control of the owner.
