Nice neighbourhood within walking distance of the centre. Lovely apartment and a very friendly welcome.

Comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Quiet area. Maria was very attentive and kind. Spotlessly clean.

It was a little lacking in kitchen basics. I hope there would nevon future some more basics like sugar, an electric kettle for making tea would be appreciated. A little fresh milk would also be great....saves us having to go out after a long travel stint ... Although I see it has never been supplied on any of our booking.com rentals in Italy. All together, 9 out of 10. I would come back

The owner was great. We were stuck in a traffic jam and arrived late - she came and let us in the property. The green bedroom was very nice.

Would have liked a kettle, but that's because we're english! Perhaps written instructions for the induction hob. We struggled with it but it was user error rather than it being faulty.

Really excellent facilities and a cosy apartment for a stay in Bologna. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic self-catering (the fruit Maria Pia left out for us on arrival was a nice suprise!) and the bedrooms spacious, cosy, and each furnished with climate controls. We really appreciated the porch, the use of a washing machine, and the two separate bathrooms. It's a little further from the city centre but the area has more of a local/less touristic feeling, and there's bus services all the time and we quite enjoyed using rental cycles to get around, which are plentiful around Maria Pia's flat.
