Excellent location!

Location is excellent. Beautiful art-deco building. Staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Concierge helped get me a doctor when I got sick in the stomach.

My only complaint: The room had a small washer/ dryer, but it didn’t work well. Dryer did not get hot.

Great location, really cute boutique hotel, rooms were a little tight but very clean and modern. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.

The rooms are a little tight space-wise.

This location can't be beat. The beautiful design and comfort of the hotel is wonderful. I was traveling with a group and this was the perfect base for exploring Mexico City.

The architecture, rooms, space.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful both architecturally and the decor that enhances the art deco features of the space. The common areas are lovely - we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. A special “thank you” to Blanca for taking such great care of us!

Housekeeping was not particularly on top of things. No back-up roll of toilet paper - we had to go ask for it at the front desk! Surfaces not cleaned - coffee cream drips on my bedside table not wiped off, towels not refolded, etc… I would expect more based on the caliber of this hotel!
