Beautiful apartment, perfect and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and soak up the sun. The complex was quiet and a short stroll into town. Perfect holiday stay. We will be back

The location was great, in a quiet residential area, yet walkable into Tavira. Loved the roof terrace but too cold to sit outside sadly. We found it very easy to get hold of Smartasvillas when we had any issues and they responded really quickly. They put in a new washing machine! They were really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Some appliances did not work properly. The kitchen is a bit dated and the apartment was a bit cold although we did get a heater very promptly when requested.

A well designed apartment in a small gated complex ten mins walk from the town. Well equipt with a great sun terrace on the roof.
The property was very tired in need of a full refurbishment .

Roof top terrace. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for 2 couples is nice. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots & pans.
Unexpected security costs. Bad smell in laundry room which permeated through the apartment. Unfortunately, it is from neighbouring outdoor space used by smokers which must come through the vent.
