L'endroit magnifique,

La superficie du studio c'est très petit, ainsi que y a trop de bruit durant toute la journée à cause des travaux de terrassement et de construction à proximité

La ubicación bien situado y zona donde desayunar, comer, cenar o salir a tomar prácticamente al lado.

Los cojines incomodos para mi gusto

La posizione è veramente comoda. Stanza molto piccola ma pulita.

C'era il bollitore con dentro la muffa, la luce del bagno non funzionava, il getto della doccia era rotto e riparato con un pezzo di scotch ma schizzava da tutte le parti; la cosa che fa più arrabbiare è che sono tutte cose che avevo già letto in altre recensioni, ma il proprietario non ha fatto nulla per sistemarle. Mi dispiace ma lo sconsiglio, certe cose non sono accettabili. Un proprietario dovrebbe prendersi cura delle stanze degli ospiti.

La ubicación

És un estudio muy pequeño que necesita muchos arreglos. La puerta de madera antigua no se podia abrir ni cerrar bien, tuvo que venir un técnico a arreglarla. Poca luz en el lavabo. El hervidor de agua tenia moho en su interior, también havia en el marco de la ventana.

Lage: nahe an allem, Restaurants vor der Tür + Metro 5Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Heizung im Schlafzimmer war ein Pluspunkt jetzt im Winter.

Ich habe für 2 reserviert & bezahlt und habe trotzdem nur einen Schlüssel bekommen. Die Dusche stand einfach im Gang direkt neben den hohen Treppen für raus aus dem Appartement + nicht beheizt + nirgendwo Möglichkeit die Kleider nahe abzusetzen. Deckel der Toilette wie auch die Tür von der Dusche waren nicht befestigt, nach absprache wurde auch nichts unternommen.

Os cortinados não vedam bem a claridade exterior. Falta de uma manta para as camas.

The Studio that i choose is designed for a confortable simplicity and tailored for my solo staying at room. The room was cozy, perfect for short stays. Thoughtfully equipped for ease of use, it ensures a seamless experience. My friends stayed in other room with different style (couple) but also great. With a focus on essentials, this space invites you to explore Porto at my pace, offering uncomplicated comfort in the heart of the city, with main sights at walking distance. The interaction with the owner was super simple and effective.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff's genuine hospitality set the tone for the warm and unpretentious atmosphere that would define my time there. The staff, friendly and well-versed in the city's offerings, provided invaluable recommendations for off-the-beaten-path attractions and neighborhood gems. The interior design of accommodation struck a balance between modern conveniences and a homely aesthetic. The thoughtful inclusion of all essential amenities ensured that my every need was met, from a comfortable bed for a restful night's sleep to a well-equipped kitchenette that proved indispensable for a quick meal or snack.
