We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly helpful — every evening they assisted us with restaurant reservations, and each morning they suggested the best beaches and places to visit based on the weather. The room was spotless, breakfast was rich and delicious, and the pool was cleaned every morning with a robot. The location is perfect — close to all the beautiful beaches, only 10–15 minutes away by car. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

This property is a very well built property that is new and of a really high quality construction. The fit out of the rooms internally is very modern and provides a very comfortable and modern feel. Soft tones and neutrals. Outside the gardens are immaculate and it’s just generally a super tranquil place all round. The hosts are extremely friendly and hospitable. They will tend to your every need and are proactive in giving suggestions for nearby beaches (some of the nicest I’ve seen in Italy- Porto prosciutto and lippo). The breakfast is fresh and consistent and is well tended to again by the staff. We had a car so getting around is no issue but there are bikes for those that don’t come by car. My suggestion is to get a vehicle though as it’ll really open this location up a lot more for you.

We lived everything about the property. Our only issue, and it’s only an issue if you absolutely needed it, but we were on the opposite side of the dwelling to the office so the thick solid walls seemingly dropped out service of the wifi completely. If you absolutely need wifi I’d reach out to the owner and ask to be put in a room on the other side of the building to room 5 where we were as that service doesn’t work in that room at all. A minor thing though and they are actually currently working to improve the wifi service so the whole site has access which is great.

Very nice new location not too far from the city centre. The breakfast was good and rich. Big room and super silent. Definitely the right place for relaxing while having quick access to the main attractions. Possibility to lean a bike. Stuff extremely nice.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. The garden is beautifull as well. Breakfast was included and good. We enjoyed the calm and the coffees in the morning.

Our stay at Al Poggiale - Residenza Mediterranea was beautiful, peaceful and full of care. In addition to the stunning property, excellent communications with the host (who had great recommendations and arranged a special tour for us on request), and the sincere attentiveness of the on-site staff (preparing and introducing us to our rooms and providing a generous breakfast), made for a most enjoyable and relaxing stay. The location is very quiet - a new build in a rural setting, with easy access to the water and town. There are bicycles, but we didn't venture out on them as our day-trips were more of a distance. 5 stars!
