This flat has a lot going for it. The location in lovely West Didsbury is great. It's spacious and everything is new.

There are three flats at this address - you need to know that this is flat 3 to avoid walking in on other people as we did! The flat has lots of new fixtures and fittings, but it could do with some finishing touches like shades on the overhead lights and a second bedside light. Unfortunately the bed, mattress and most of all the sheets are absolute bottom of the range. The bed creaks when you move and the mattress is very bouncy - probably fine for one person, but tricky for two and the sheets are very rough. The front door is down a slight alley and not that easy to find. The entrance is a bit unpreposessing, but fine once you get in.
