Clare and Andy went out of their way to accommodate us ,very friendly and welcoming,breakfast cooked to order,excellent

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Property is decorated beautifully and our room was very comfortable.

Everything was great....only comment would be the shower was not very powerful but that's a minor comment

Great breakfast ..pre ordered. Good quiet location about 7 minute walk to the main sea front area..90% flat walk. Car park to rear..very useful. Rooms were great, comfy bed, and furnished very well. The whole building was very well maintained and in character for the building. Great refurbishment by the new owners who made us feel very welcome. Lounge area on the ground floor where you can get drinks...but this is not a tendered bar. Just be aware rooms are on floors 1 & 2...Great staircase..no lift, so any issues walking..please check before booking

Wow..we loved everything about our stay here. The room was so nice and cosy with hot drink facilities, including pleanty of tea, coffee, milk etc. There were even biscuits and bottled water on arrival. The sea/mountain veiw was a bonus. You pre-order breakfast which works well. Clare and Andy are a lovely, genuine, couple and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Llandudno. Thank you Clare and Andy, you are doing an amazing job. Xx
