"Over & Above expectations."

Brilliant place to stay, everything was first class. Lovely room with a sea view. Easy Walking distance (15 mins) from Llandudnos' many attractions, restaurants etc. Clare & Andy are an amazing couple, nothing too much trouble, Andys' breakfasts were superb, great choice & served by Clare at breakneck speed! Safe private, off road, parking for our Jaguars was essential. We'll be back next year!

Location was really good, only a short walk to beach. The private car park was great. Good choice of breakfast which was excellent.

"A perfect stay in Llandudno!"

Clare & Andy were very welcoming, allowing us to park in the carpark and head into town for lunch, well ahead of check-in time. They made us feel very welcome with nothing being too much trouble. Beautiful, clean hotel and room. Quiet location within walking distance into town. Superb bar for pre-night drinks. Fantastic breakfast!

That we couldn't stay for longer!
