Rooms were clean and tidy and services offered by them were up to the mark. The staff was friendly as well. Our room shower was not working and they were quick enough to get us into a new room. These gestures really make them stand out. Thank you

Staff behaviour was pretty good, they were helpful Immediately after the booking, got a call confirming the arrival details Also, hotel was pretty clean

Location wise hotel was very far off towards the interiors but you will find everything around, restaurants, snack items It was very far away from tourist locations however there is a metro station nearby which you can take. Major drawback which i observed was there are 7-8 complimentary things mentioned but even after paying the entire amount, you have to request for the same. A simple towel, dental kit had to be requested to be provided.
