The Cosmo Luxury Suites by Totalstay

The hotel was in a perfect location, which I really appreciated. However, I experienced a small disappointment upon arrival, as I was allocated a one-bedroom apartment instead of the two-bedroom unit I had booked and paid for. I contacted the hotel’s office, and the lady I spoke with was very helpful. She quickly resolved the confusion and ensured we received the correct accommodation. Overall, aside from that initial mix-up, our stay was fine.

The location and the cleaness .

The easy accessibility from the apartment to surrounding places example.. the beach, checkers, Restaurants etc.

Staff didn't properly clean the apartment as there was some dishes not packed and washed and they didn't refill the coffee and tea after asking.

Check in- we waited 45 minutes for the concierge to arrive with our room key. Even though someone was reception at the front desk. He came into the apartment for us to pay a deposit when it should have been done at the front desk and not in our private space Someone /cleaner left their bag and jersey in the room, walked in without knocking to collect her items Another lady came in to collect forgotten items during our stay. Room wasn't cleaned until the afternoon The parking garage is extremely tight and difficult to drive in. Staff unprofessional!

The best apartment at sea point great views clean spacious and the security on point.

The apartment is amazing and big.

It’s better you clean the apartment by yourself, because the stuff they don’t clean properly.

We had a great experience and Somz was a great help in getting us checked in and making sure we were settled and comfortable, such great service made the stay even better
