Frontiers Hotel & Conference Center Entebbe

This was our second stay here. The first one was ok (only a few hours just to relax, just like this time) We paid the total for a night with breakfast, though we stayed only a few hours until our flight. We left the hotel late evening, so we asked the lady in charge if we could have a basic omelette instead of the morning breakfast. The lady refused it, she was just too busy with her mobile. I asked her why, I said we had paid the total for everything, just a little favour to make the omelette a bit earlier than other morning. We were really tired after a 9 hrs driving, no shop nearby... She refused... She was not kind, she was really insensitive... A few days earlier when we paid we left some extra, maybe it was not enough. The other things in room 303 third floor, there was no hot water, the tv did not work (no batteries in the remote control). Without tv is ok, but the air conditioner was out of order (maybe the failure of the remote control, I do not know) Never again!!!

Somewhat cluttered room, simple bathroom.

Just near town Thats the only thing i liked about the place but the rest not pleased at all

maintenance of the hotel is very poor. Air conditioning not working and no phone service ,the staff are not welcoming nor available for assistance & power off during the day .

the food was great and the staff friendly and very helpful.

very lovely staff,we asked for a room service ,the food was so good! they offered us the free shuttle to the airpoprt at 2.00 am! great location at only 10 mn drive from the airport

very very noisy! the majority of the customers were local people! loudly TV all the night ,children running till 11.00pm in the corridor,loudly door slams till our wake up at 2.00 am for sure very good stay for few hours waiting for the flight but difficult to rest! may be the lovely staff will arrange a better room without undelicat people!!!
