The staff were lovely

No tea or coffee facilities and I’d had a long journey

Had a good enough stay bed was comfy and clean with nice duvet set.

It definitely does not look like the pictures!😂 could use an update on pictures looks a lot more run down than it does on the pictures

Location to airport Arranged very reasonably priced taxi for us Huge room with biggest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room! Lovely comfy king size bed Friendly welcome and great value for money

Disgusting, I’ve been around the world and stayed in 3rd world country’s, and in my 36 years of loving this was the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in, was truly shocking with dryed blood up the wall, broken window, broken blinds shockingly load creaking floorboard and an interior like something out of a hillbilly shack

The only positive was location

Absolutely shocked by the room we had , the sink had been smashed so was patched up with filler , the filler around bath sink was black. The floor in bathroom had not been cleaned for a long time ! Thick with hair , I really didn’t want to stay but had no choice ! The pictures on website are very old ones it now looks nothing like this ! The room was old dated very poor ! Ax for people saying that it was cheap so it’s ok , no dirtiness is not ok. The sink was unsafe , cheap shouldn’t mean the lowest of standards ,

The person managing the hotel reception was very friendly and excellent. There were free chocolate powder mixes and coffee, tea that he encouraged visitor to have anytime of the day. The chocolate powder kept was so good I had several a day. The bed was fine too. The only thing is that if they invest a little bit in putting some hooks or hangers to keep clothes, a little bit of bathroom furnishings to make the bathroom look cosy, and some other stuff which wouldnt take much money, then this place would feel really comfortable and cosy. But the bathroom was quite sparse unlike normal hotel bathrooms. Even though the hot water shower was the best shower I have probably ever experienced with a lot of hot water available for long periods. So all in all- I feel the receptionist and people are great but the management should invest a little bit more in the rooms.
