It was a lovely property in a wonderful location of Termini. It is very well equipped with washing machine and all cooking facilities and parking available on the road outside. We ate at Trattoria Eugenes 3 night out of 5 which is across the road and the staff were wonderful. Viviana was in contact to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. The bus stop is very close to catch to Sorrento. We also, loved Simone’s Cafe which has an amazing view of Capri. Thanks for a memorable stay Viviana and also Enzo for welcoming us. We highly recommend Casa Gelinda. ❤️

"We had a booking issue and resolving it was very hard due to a rude and unprofessional host."

Unfortunately we never got to check into the place.

Attention: you cannot make same day bookings on this property! We accidentally did that at the time it was visible nowhere on the offer. When we got in contact about the impossible reservation, we had already paid and reuqested a refund, nothing happened. When I reached out again after some days, we were refunded the booking but without the service fee. When I adressed this, I was told to get it back myself from booking.com. When I requested the host to take of it, I was verbally threatened and told to „consider [my] requests carefully“. The host also claimed to be a lawyer, seemingly to intimidate me. Only when I contacted booking.com support was I able to get my money back. the host even tried to accuse me of violating their terms, but I was able to explain the situation to booking.com. I can‘t say anything about the property itself, except that the location was really nice and there is a sweet café down the street. However, my experience with resolving a booking issue was extremely unprofessional and frankly quite rude, even though I had been very sure to behave kindly all throughout the process.

Great location, very clean and specious apartment!wonderful host-available any time if needed, great small family owned restaurants near by with exceptional local foods, definitely would love to visit again, highly recommend!

Very nice and helpfull owners. Very spacious and nice apartment. Good location.

And night was a bit cold. It was just a sheet to cover. Would be nice to have some blanket. I didnt ask owner for a blanket. So it is my own fault.
