Ottima la posizione e curata la pulizia degli ambienti. Apprezzatissima la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio prima dell'orario di check in.

C'era una cucina molto carina con una macchina del caffè ma mancavano le cialde. Ce n'erano solo alcune decaffeinate e una normale non era idonea alla macchina messa a disposizione. La cosa che ha dato molto fastidio era la presenza di telecamere "non segnalate" anche se solo negli ambienti comuni. Trovo che non segnalarlo non sia corretto e forse nemmeno legale.

L'accueil de cette dame très gentil..et qui nous a aidé à résoudre notre problème de notre arrivée....à elle je mes 10

La taille de la première chambre tellement petite pour deux ..et directement à côté des toilettes et forcément de la douche ..j'étais vraiment contrarié..et j'ai dû payer 70 euros de plus..pour avoir la chambre castello ......et se qui m'a vraiment contrarié le claquement des portes en continue..à chaque instant....

"Algunos aspectos pueden mejorar"

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro. Estaba muy limpio.

La habitación era muy pequeña para 3 días. El secador del pelo era malisimo, poca potencia y se paraba todo el rato. El colchón es muy blando, las almohadas son muy blandas e incomodas.
