The location, the amenities. The room itself is very clean and modern.

I don’t leave bad reviews, but I have to. Keep in mind whatever price you paid, tack on a couple hundred dollars more. $50 “registration fee”? whatever that means. That’s mandatory. And also $35 a night resort fee. $40 for parking. And all this is taxed. So yeah, expect to pay hundreds more. also after you book they’re going to ask you what time you arrive. It doesn’t matter what time you tell them because you’re not getting an early check-in. The phone number in the booking doesn’t work. After finally reaching the freaking headquarters I asked them for an early check-in. Since check-in is at 4 PM and I was flying in at 11 AM. I was told they’re going to put it under priority cleaning and it should be ready a few hours early and I will get a call when it is ready. Great. I get nothing. I go there at 3:45 thinking OK 15 minutes I can check in. Just kidding, I waited in line for no reason I have to come back in 15 minutes. Can’t even start the process. I go back a little past 4, still not freaking ready! it’s funny you have to check out right at 11 AM but God forbid you want to check in right at 4 PM. also that $35 resort fee that you’re paying, don’t even think you’re gonna get towels before 11 AM. That’s their policy. No towels before 11 AM. And when you ask for a towel from the front desk you got an attitude. I had to remind this woman that this is a nice place and that she shouldn’t talk to guests like that. Extremely rude. Not all the staff of course. A lot of them were friendly. This particular woman was just a B word. this is the first bad review I’ve ever left on booking, literally. But I’m just thinking about those families who saved for a while to enjoy your vacation. Don’t stay here. There are better places. For a lot cheaper.
