Phu Jaya Floresta Resort by ALPHATEL PARTNER

The property is located in the valley outside of Chiang Mai city and surrounded by nature. It’s extremely peaceful to wake up to the sounds of the birds in the morning. The property has a wonderful owner who is extremely helpful. There is a small restaurant on the property which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a lot of other places to eat around (not sure why people were commenting saying there was nothing around. We found lots!) Lots of waterfalls, temples and walks close to the property. Perfect place to stay to avoid the busy streets of Chiang Mai. Ideally hire a scooter to easily get around.

The room is very beautiful and very clean and tidy. The staff was really nice and really helpful. We just stay only stay one night.

The staff was incredibly responsive and helped us with our late check in after the festival at 12 AM! Room was clean and comfortable.

There was no hot water in the shower. But the rest was absolutely lovely.

Good service

It's funky! The decorations inside and out are really fun. My daughter and I enjoyed a scavenger hunt amongst the sculptures and topiary.

There's nothing nearby, not enough land to walk around, and the only road is unsafe for pedestrians. It's not a problem if you have a car, but we didn't.

a comfortable hotel for those who are looking for a quietness.

Clean rooms

Bolt & Grab would not come out there. No restaurant or store. The nearest open restaurant was a mile away up hill / 45 minutes walk.
