Sehr ausgefallenes großes Zimmer und Bad, zentrale Lage (eben direkt am Dom), Garage für die Räder ist "um die Ecke".

Extrem aufwändiges "einchecken" (Online mit vielen Fragen und Fotos, die man machen und hochladen muss, von jedem einzelnen Gast, weil der Checkin komplett kontaktlos ist), das hat viel Zeit gekostet.

Posizione e ampiezza delle stanze

La struttura è ampia e apparentemente ristrutturata di recente, ma purtroppo diversi dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno poco piacevole. In bagno era presente un forte odore di fogna e si notava muffa tra le piastrelle. Inoltre, il caldo all’interno della camera era davvero difficile da sopportare e nonostante le richieste fatte durante il soggiorno, l’aria condizionata non è mai stata attivata. Anche la biancheria lasciava a desiderare: gli asciugamani forniti erano sgualciti, bucati e in alcuni casi sporchi; dopo aver chiesto la sostituzione, ne sono stati consegnati altri nelle stesse condizioni. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe un buon potenziale, ma serve maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione e alla cura degli ospiti.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung super. Für ein oder zwei Tage perfekt.

Die Anweisungen zur Schlüsselübergabe bzw. den Codes müsste auch in Deutsch verfügbar sein. Die Klimaanlage einzuschalten ist herausfordernd.

"Ich würde die Unterkunft wegen der Eincheckprozedur nicht noch einmal buchen."

Räumlichkeiten sehr schön, aber funtionale Ausfälle (Badewanne, zweites Waschbecken).

Die Eincheckprozedur erfordert Fotos von Gesichtsprofil und Pass/Personalausweis über eine Agentur. Hier kann man nur hoffen, dass es nicht zu einem Datendiebstahl kommt.

"Nel complesso, la camera andava bene."

La posizione , la comodità del codice , al posto delle chiavi .

Innanzi tutto , siamo stati molto bene. Se proprio devo far notare qualcosa, posso dire che avrei gradito le ciabattine da camera e più saponi da bagno e una bottiglina d’acqua a testa a notte . Ci vorrebbero più prese elettriche .
