Had small kitchen and fridge..price is reasonable

Some smell was coming from carpet in lobby and inside room. Parking is in basement and chargeable. Not clean as per the photos.. They can use some room freshener and make the room smell nice..can add some rice cooker for cooking..no tissue papers or hand-wash in toilet..only bath gel is available..no shampoo.. The residences entry is separate outside the building is also not safe at night..there is no eatery or shop nearby even though imago mall is opposite..it's little faraway from the residences..
