Location was good. Had a washing machine which was very useful. And a kitchen that had just enough of what you needed.

The beds were incredibly hard. We even purchased mattress toppers ourselves, but they didn’t help much. The listing mentions a sofa bed, but it’s actually just a couch. When we inquired, we were told sheets, a blanket, and a pillow would be provided, but we only received two blankets and no sheet or pillow. The place has great potential, but a few small changes could really improve the comfort and overall experience.

The location of the apartment is good - near the seaside and convenient stores, spas

The elevators are really confusing, some of the buttons -are broken and the elevator for whoever from the beach could not go to the lobby or upstairs and some of the buttons there are also broken. The apartment needs renovation as most furnitures, machines or bidets are malfunction, hence, causing the inconvenience for the guests. The flat was not cleaned properly, as the table and shelves, some parts of the kitchen and the couch were dirty.

Needs maintenance, too many things in disrepair. Specifically, but not limited to, the old beds had no padding left to cover the box springs. Hot water is insufficient, and appliances don't work properly.

Very easy communication - lovely host. Checking in was perfect. She arranged a hotel pick up for us. Apartment was nice and spacious. 2 bedrooms, office space. Balcony with sea view. 3 aircon units. Kitchen that was equipped with utensils and supplies. Free cleaning in our one month stay. PERFECT LOCATION

The place is a bit worn down. Mostly because of the humidity. Wouldn't recommend for people who are sensitive to mold (but think that's a general problem in Da Nang)

Location, view, both bedrooms have windows. WiFi good. Pillows good, duvets good. Very lovely host meeting us.

Apartment needs plenty of loving DIY, can't imagine a family with small kids in the bedrooms. Cupboards do not open , half way if lucky, no room to move around, as box sets of beds were put in. Disappointed that change of linen and towels was not offered.

In the photos shown of Muong Thanh Apartments , not one photo was of our actual apartment. .some of floorboards in kitchen area were unsound and missing pieces. .rust on outside of shower., mould, unclean .stains/cigarette burns on couch, which was supposed to be a sofa .continuous drip next to toilet. .shower drain very slow so assuming partially blocked. .Hot water in shower ran out after one minute of first morning person showering. Luke warm after this. .walls in most areas were half painted. Looked as if they had run out of paint. .No instructions on how to use the hot plate so unable to cook. .Mould in the shower. .Shower window did not have a full seal when closed, so being high up and in monsoon weather we had a howling sound most nights. . staff when asked to change room, as this was completely different to advertised, told us we should of asked for more photos. absolutely ridiculous.
