Booking process via Booking com process was good.

The room and toilet was not clean. Stains all over the toilet and bedsheets even were not washed. The dustbin didn't even had any trash bag. The bathroom was very dirty, the exhaust fan and TV was not working when I asked the the hotel staff. They rudely replied it will not working we can't do anything and when asked to change another room they replied none of the rooms will TV and exhaust will not work. Their behaviour was so bad they say do whatever you want to do. I paid the money first and hence was trapped due to that. Didn't even got hangers for clothes and drinking water when asked. Don't book this hotel even at worst case. I also suggest booking.com and OYO rooms to remove this hotel from their platforms. Had a very uncomfortable stay with family.😑
