Location, and comfortable bed.

No daily water bottles/towels, dirty bathroom, pathetic door lock, late night main gate closed like a house unlike hotels which are 24/7 open.

I had a good sleep and my meeting venue is nearby

Bathroom, Fan and Room is not clean and I have seen small rat in my room. Today I saw an insect looks like a snake in the bathroom.
