Location old part of town. Clean room

This building is old and needs major repairs. Lighting on floor levels were not working. Lifts were smelly and small. This building should be repaired first before renting out rooms. Our room had a very offensive strong smell of cigeratte smoke. Had to have the window open all night and day just to get rid of smell. Very Basic accommodation, one step above hostel.
